NFC & RFID for Logistics
Warehouse, shipment and pallet traceability
From loading to final destination: every pallet, box and unit carries a UHF RFID chip. Automatic read gates at the warehouse dock, dynamic sorting, verified picking and an auditable chain of custody.
The problems we solve
- ✗Inventory discrepancies after loading and unloading
- ✗Picking errors that come back as customer returns
- ✗No traceable chain of custody when something is stolen
- ✗Labour wasted on scanning barcodes by hand
How we solve them
RFID dock gate
A portal with a 4-port fixed reader + 2 antennas. The pallet passes through and the system records everything (SKU, quantity, batch, date).
Pick-to-tag
The operator has a wireless reader. Scan the trolley and the system checks that the picking matches the order.
On-metal tags for trolleys
Chips designed for metal surfaces (Confidex Steelwave, Avery). Every trolley, box and cart gets an identity.
Kyubi AIM middleware
Software that integrates with your existing WMS/ERP. No re-implementation, just extra data coming in from RFID.
Typical use cases
→SME warehouse 2,000-5,000 m² — inbound/outbound gates→3PL — custody audit per client→Food distributor — HACCP + batch traceability→E-commerce fulfilment — verified picking + returns
