These terms and conditions govern the sale of products and services on the shoprfid.it website, operated by Deyob srl.

2. Scope

These terms govern the distance selling of RFID and NFC products, ready-made kits and related services offered on shoprfid.it. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and shown including VAT (22%), unless stated otherwise. For customers who request an invoice, VAT is separated out from the price: the amount excluding VAT is also shown next to the price.

Deyob srl reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders and payments

The contract is concluded when you receive the email confirming payment. Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (via Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer in advance (on request for orders over €2,000)

All payments are handled by PCI-DSS certified providers. Card data neither passes through nor is stored on our servers.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped by express courier within 24-48 working hours of payment confirmation (unless stated otherwise).

  • Free shipping within Italy for orders over €150
  • Standard shipping cost within Italy: €7.00 (or as shown at checkout)
  • EU shipping: costs calculated based on weight and destination

Deyob srl cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to causes beyond its control (courier strikes, exceptional events).

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree 206/2005), if you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Send written notice to [email protected] within 14 days;
  2. Return the products undamaged and in their original packaging, at your own expense, within 14 days of your notice;
  3. You will receive a refund within 14 days of our receipt of the products.

The right of withdrawal does not applyto customised NFC tags (printing, custom encoding), under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (goods made to the consumer's specifications).

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: 24 months for private consumers (Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code) and 12 months for businesses (Article 1490 of the Italian Civil Code).

To make a warranty claim, write to [email protected] with a description of the defect and photos of the product.

8. Liability

Deyob srl is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, from misinterpretation of the guides provided, or from malfunctions caused by environmental factors not disclosed at the time of ordering (e.g. using standard tags on metal).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction; for businesses, the competent court is that of Vicenza, Italy.

Consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
